There’s no other way to explain Mary Kate, except she is an anomaly!! One of the kindest, most passionate, well educated people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! Her passion and dedication to educating people on low tox lifestyle changes and changing your mind, body and hormones thru using natural oils is unmatched! I’ve attended many of her workshops as well as now doing a 1 on 1 mentorship with her and I couldn’t be happier. This beautiful lady has changed my life forever in all the best ways possible and I’m so grateful - Thank you Mary Kate!

This is my second experience working closely with Mary-Kate of Sustainable Health Australia to complete a detailed and guided group Colon cleanse. Mary-Kate is incredibly organised with information and resources at the ready, and is wonderfully responsive to questions and queries. You want an honest, supportive and effective relationship with your health coach, and with Mary-Kate's decades of experience and study, this is exactly what you receive, plus she always makes you feel heard, not judged, and at ease. If you are ready to make changes for your greatest good, I highly recommend Sustainable Health Australia to support you with your health journey - I give a wholehearted 5 big beautiful stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Mary Kate has spent many years formulating this cleansing procedure based on her own personal experiences & research. The knowledge & wisdom MK shared with us as she guided us through each stage of the cleanse was invaluable! Essentially, she helped us to understand & connect with the process on a deeper level which was helpful to maintain focus & complete the month long process. Well worth it, highly recommended as a gift from yourself to yourself. . . You deserve it!!🙏🏼🌈💗✨
