Mary Kate has spent many years formulating this cleansing procedure based on her own personal experiences & research. The knowledge & wisdom MK shared with us as she guided us through each stage of the cleanse was invaluable! Essentially, she helped us to understand & connect with the process on a deeper level which was helpful to maintain focus & complete the month long process.
