There’s no other way to explain Mary Kate, except she is an anomaly!! One of the kindest, most passionate, well educated people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! Her passion and dedication to educating people on low tox lifestyle changes and changing your mind, body and hormones thru using natural oils is unmatched! I’ve attended many of her workshops as well as now doing a 1 on 1 mentorship with her and I couldn’t be happier. Mary Kate has spent many years formulating this cleansing procedure based on her own personal experiences & research. The knowledge & wisdom MK shared with us as she guided us through each stage of the cleanse was invaluable! Essentially, she helped us to understand & connect with the process on a deeper level which was helpful to maintain focus & complete the month long process.
