There’s no other way to explain Mary Kate, except she is an anomaly!! One of the kindest, most passionate, well educated people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! Mary Kate has spent many years formulating this cleansing procedure based on her own personal experiences & research. The knowledge & wisdom MK shared with us as she guided us through each stage of the cleanse was invaluable! Essentially, she helped us to understand & connect with the process on a deeper level which was helpful to maintain focus & complete the month long process.
